Last Updated: April 23, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Liquid Mesh Co., Ltd ("LiquidMesh", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Seychelles, with company registration number 246845, having its registered office at 306 Victoria House, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles.
By accessing, browsing, or using the LiquidMesh Portal, the LiquidMesh API, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified through the Portal interface or via email (where available). Your continued use of the Services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable API documentation, constitute the entire agreement between you and LiquidMesh regarding your use of the Services.
In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:
"LiquidMesh Portal" (or "Portal"): The web-based developer console accessible at https://portal.liquidmesh.io (or such other URL as we may designate), through which Users can manage their accounts, API Keys, and whitelist addresses.
"LiquidMesh API" (or "API"): The application programming interfaces provided by LiquidMesh, including but not limited to the Quote API, Swap API, and Order API, enabling programmatic interaction with decentralized exchange aggregation services.
"Services": Collectively, the Portal, the API, and all associated tools, features, documentation, and support provided by LiquidMesh.
"User" or "Developer": Any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Services.
"API Key": A pair of cryptographic credentials consisting of a Public Key and a Secret Key, issued to authenticated Users for accessing the LiquidMesh API.
"Digital Assets": Cryptocurrencies, digital tokens, and other blockchain-based assets, including but not limited to ERC-20 tokens and native blockchain currencies.
"Smart Contracts": Self-executing programs deployed on blockchain networks that facilitate, verify, or enforce transactions without the need for intermediaries.
"Whitelist Address": An EVM-compatible wallet address (in ERC-55 checksum format) that a User has registered within the Portal for use with the LiquidMesh API.
"Tier": The account classification assigned to a User, determining their access level, rate limits, and feature quotas. Currently available Tiers are Individual and Enterprise.
"Restricted Territory": Any country, region, or jurisdiction listed in Section 3.3 of these Terms, from which access to and use of the Services is prohibited or restricted.
To access and use the Services, you represent and warrant that:
(a) You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
(b) You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into and be bound by these Terms;
(c) If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity;
(d) You are not a person or entity that is subject to any economic sanctions, trade embargoes, or similar restrictions administered or enforced by the United Nations, the European Union, HM Treasury (United Kingdom), or the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury ("OFAC"), or any equivalent governmental authority;
(e) Your access to and use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
LiquidMesh is currently operating in a whitelist beta phase. To obtain full access to the Services, individual Users must complete an identity verification process via Binance Wallet MPC Wallet (Keyless mode). This verification is required to confirm eligibility for whitelist access and to enable the creation of API Keys. Enterprise Users are subject to a separate onboarding process and are not required to complete this verification.
The Services are not available to persons or entities located in, incorporated in, or residents of the following Restricted Territories:
| # | Code | Country / Region |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | US | United States of America and its territories |
| 2 | CA | Canada (excluding Ontario) |
| 3 | CA | Ontario, Canada |
| 4 | NL | Netherlands (European Economic Area) |
| 5 | IR | Iran |
| 6 | CU | Cuba |
| 7 | KP | North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea) |
| 8 | UA | Crimea Region |
| 9 | UA | Donetsk People's Republic |
| 10 | UA | Luhansk People's Republic |
| 11 | GB | United Kingdom (retail users) |
| 12 | JP | Japan (local exchange services) |
| 13 | TH | Thailand (local exchange services) |
| 14 | BH | Bahrain (local exchange services) |
LiquidMesh actively screens the IP addresses of all visitors and Users. If your IP address is determined to originate from a Restricted Territory, you will be denied access to the Services. The use of virtual private networks ("VPNs"), proxy servers, or any other tools or methods to mask, disguise, or circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are required to maintain compliance with the eligibility requirements set forth in this Section 3 at all times. If at any point you cease to meet these requirements, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and notify us at support@liquidmesh.io.
To access the Services, you must create an account by authenticating through GitHub OAuth. By completing the registration process, you authorize LiquidMesh to retrieve your email address, username, and avatar from GitHub for account creation purposes. Each email address may only be associated with one (1) LiquidMesh account.
Upon registration, your account will be assigned to the Individual Tier by default. To upgrade to the Enterprise Tier, you must contact LiquidMesh at support@liquidmesh.io to initiate a separate commercial agreement.
Your account may be in one of the following statuses:
incomplete_kyc): You have registered but have not yet completed identity verification. You may browse the Portal but cannot create API Keys.kyc_activated): You have successfully completed identity verification and may use all available features.kyc_expired): Your identity verification has expired. Your existing API Keys will be suspended until you complete re-verification.account_suspended): Your account has been suspended due to a security violation or other cause. All API Keys are immediately disabled.Enterprise accounts have two statuses: Activated (activated) and Suspended (account_suspended).
You are solely responsible for:
(a) Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
(b) All activities that occur under your account;
(c) Promptly notifying LiquidMesh of any unauthorized access or use of your account at support@liquidmesh.io.
LiquidMesh shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
Your account is personal to you (or your authorized entity) and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any third party without our prior written consent.
LiquidMesh is currently in a whitelist beta phase. Individual Users must complete identity verification using the Binance Wallet App by scanning a QR code generated within the Portal. Only MPC Wallets operating in Keyless mode are accepted for verification purposes.
(a) The Portal generates a unique QR code linked to a verification session (valid for 120 seconds);
(b) The User scans the QR code using the Binance Wallet App;
(c) Upon successful verification, the User's account status transitions to Verified, and the wallet address used for verification is automatically added to the User's whitelist (consuming one whitelist address quota);
(d) If verification fails or times out, the User may retry.
LiquidMesh periodically reviews the verification status of all individual Users. If your verification is determined to have expired, your account status will transition to Verification Expired, and your existing API Keys will be suspended until you successfully complete re-verification.
When re-verifying, you must use the same Binance Wallet MPC wallet address as used during your initial verification, or a different wallet address that corresponds to the same Binance Wallet User ID. If neither condition is met, re-verification will fail.
Enterprise Users are not required to complete the Binance Wallet identity verification process. Enterprise onboarding is conducted through a separate, offline process managed by the LiquidMesh team.
Upon successful identity verification (for Individual Users) or account activation (for Enterprise Users), you may create API Keys subject to the following limits:
Each API Key consists of a Public Key and a Secret Key.
Your Secret Key will be displayed only once at the time of creation. After you acknowledge receipt, the Secret Key will be permanently hidden and cannot be retrieved again. You are solely responsible for securely storing your Secret Key. If you lose your Secret Key, you must rotate (regenerate) the API Key to obtain a new key pair.
You may rotate an API Key at any time, which will generate a new Public Key and Secret Key pair. The previous key pair will be immediately and permanently invalidated. You may also permanently delete an API Key, which will release the quota for creating a new key.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted using your API Keys, whether authorized or unauthorized. You must:
(a) Keep your Secret Key strictly confidential and not share it with any third party;
(b) Immediately notify LiquidMesh at support@liquidmesh.io if you suspect any unauthorized use or compromise of your API Key;
(c) Rotate or delete compromised API Keys without delay.
LiquidMesh reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or disable any API Key at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected security breaches, violations of these Terms, or regulatory requirements.
Address whitelist requirements apply to Individual Users only. Enterprise Users are not required to configure whitelist addresses.
Individual Users may add up to five (5) EVM-compatible wallet addresses (in ERC-55 checksum format) to their whitelist. When calling the Quote or Swap API, the user_address parameter must match an address on the User's whitelist.
Upon successful identity verification, the wallet address used during verification is automatically added as the first whitelist entry, consuming one (1) address quota. This address may be removed by the User at any time.
All wallet addresses submitted for whitelisting are subject to automated security screening against known blacklists maintained by security service providers. The following rules apply:
(a) At the time of addition: If an address is found on a blacklist, the addition will be rejected, and your entire account will be immediately suspended (account_suspended). All API Keys will be disabled.
(b) Post-addition periodic scanning: LiquidMesh periodically scans all whitelisted addresses. If a previously whitelisted address is subsequently found on a blacklist, your entire account will be immediately suspended (account_suspended). All API Keys will be disabled.
(c) Account recovery: If your account has been suspended due to a blacklist match, you may contact support@liquidmesh.io to submit an appeal for manual review.
You represent and warrant that all wallet addresses you add to your whitelist are owned or legitimately controlled by you, and that these addresses are not associated with any illicit activity including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or theft.
LiquidMesh provides a decentralized exchange ("DEX") aggregation service that enables Users to programmatically access optimal trading routes across multiple decentralized exchanges and liquidity sources. The core API endpoints include:
LiquidMesh is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, control, manage, or have access to your Digital Assets, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords at any time. All transactions are initiated and controlled solely by you through your own wallet. You are solely responsible for the custody and security of your cryptographic private keys and Digital Assets.
Transactions facilitated through the Services are executed via Smart Contracts deployed on public blockchain networks. LiquidMesh does not control the execution, confirmation, or settlement of these transactions once they are submitted to the blockchain. Transaction finality is determined by the underlying blockchain network.
The Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including but not limited to decentralized exchanges, liquidity pools, blockchain networks, wallet providers, and data oracles. LiquidMesh is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective providers.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to anti-money laundering ("AML"), counter-terrorism financing ("CTF"), and sanctions laws.
You agree that you shall NOT:
Legal and Regulatory Violations
(a) Use the Services in any Restricted Territory or in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law;
(b) Attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions, IP-based access controls, or identity verification requirements through VPNs, proxies, or any other means;
(c) Use the Services to violate any applicable AML, CTF, sanctions, or export control laws;
(d) Use the Services to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, tax evasion, or any other financial crime;
Market Manipulation
(e) Engage in wash trading, market manipulation, front-running, spoofing, layering, or any other form of artificial or deceptive trading activity;
(f) Create artificial trading volumes or manipulate the price of any Digital Asset;
Technical Abuse
(g) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Portal or API;
(h) Exceed or attempt to circumvent any rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions imposed on your account;
(i) Use automated bots, scripts, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Services except through the API in accordance with these Terms;
(j) Introduce any malware, virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or other harmful code into the Services;
(k) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, network, or data associated with the Services;
(l) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services;
Data Misuse
(m) Aggregate, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit API data or responses to third parties without prior written authorization from LiquidMesh;
(n) Use the API to build a product or service that directly competes with the Services without prior written authorization from LiquidMesh;
Identity and Representation
(o) Impersonate LiquidMesh, any LiquidMesh employee, or any third party;
(p) Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or at any time while using the Services;
(q) Register wallet addresses that you do not own or have legitimate authority to use;
(r) Use blacklisted, stolen, or illicitly obtained wallet addresses with the Services.
API access is subject to rate limits based on your account Tier:
| API Endpoint | Individual Tier | Enterprise Tier |
|---|---|---|
| Quote API | 1 RPS | Custom (per agreement) |
| Swap API | 1 RPS | Custom (per agreement) |
| Order API | 1 RPS | Custom (per agreement) |
"RPS" means requests per second.
Requests that exceed the applicable rate limits will be rejected with an HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) response code. You should implement appropriate back-off and retry logic in your application.
LiquidMesh reserves the right to modify rate limits and quotas at any time, with or without prior notice, for operational, security, or regulatory reasons.
Attempts to circumvent rate limits through any means — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, rotating IP addresses, or exploiting API endpoints — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Individual Users may access and use the LiquidMesh API free of charge. However, all positive slippage (i.e., the difference when the actual execution price is more favorable than the quoted price) resulting from transactions executed through the API shall be retained by LiquidMesh.
Enterprise Users are subject to a fee structure as defined in their separate commercial agreement with LiquidMesh. Fees may include volume-based pricing, revenue sharing, or other billing arrangements as mutually agreed.
You are solely responsible for all blockchain network transaction fees ("gas fees") incurred in connection with transactions executed through the Services. LiquidMesh does not collect or control network fees.
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling all tax obligations arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to income taxes, capital gains taxes, value-added taxes, and any other applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. LiquidMesh does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax liabilities you may incur.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Services — including but not limited to the Portal interface, API design, documentation, branding, logos, trademarks, trade names, and proprietary technology — are and shall remain the exclusive property of LiquidMesh or its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LiquidMesh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal development purposes (Individual Users) or as set forth in your commercial agreement (Enterprise Users).
You shall not, without the prior written consent of LiquidMesh:
(a) Use the LiquidMesh name, logo, trademarks, or branding for any purpose;
(b) Create derivative works based on the Services;
(c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Services.
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you hereby grant LiquidMesh an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Services without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.
You acknowledge and agree that accessing and using the Services involves significant risks. By using the Services, you confirm that you have sufficient knowledge, experience, and understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and decentralized finance to evaluate the merits and risks involved.
Digital Assets are highly volatile and speculative. The value of Digital Assets may fluctuate significantly and may decrease to zero. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose part or all of your investment.
(a) Smart Contract Vulnerabilities: Smart Contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits that could result in the loss of Digital Assets;
(b) Blockchain Network Risks: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, reorganizations, or outages that could delay, alter, or prevent transaction execution;
(c) Private Key Risks: Loss of private keys or seed phrases will result in the permanent and irreversible loss of associated Digital Assets. LiquidMesh cannot recover lost keys or assets.
(a) Decentralized exchange liquidity may be insufficient for large trades, resulting in significant slippage;
(b) Quoted prices are estimates and are not guaranteed at the time of execution;
(c) Liquidity pools may be subject to draining, manipulation, or sudden withdrawal.
The Services may rely on third-party price oracles and data feeds. These oracles may be subject to manipulation, delay, or inaccuracy, which could adversely affect transaction pricing and execution.
The legal and regulatory status of Digital Assets, decentralized exchanges, and related services varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. Regulatory actions, new legislation, or enforcement proceedings could adversely affect the availability, legality, or value of Digital Assets and the Services.
The Services integrate with third-party DEXes and protocols that are independently developed, maintained, and operated. These protocols may contain vulnerabilities, be subject to governance attacks, rug pulls, exit scams, or other adverse events. LiquidMesh bears no responsibility for losses arising from third-party protocol failures.
The Services are provided as technical tools only. Nothing in the Services or these Terms shall be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. LiquidMesh does not recommend, endorse, or make any representation regarding the value, suitability, or profitability of any Digital Asset or transaction.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

Without limiting the foregoing, LiquidMesh does not warrant or represent that:
(a) The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIQUIDMESH, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "LIQUIDMESH PARTIES") BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR:
(a) Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
(b) Financial losses arising from trading, investment, or transaction decisions;
(c) Losses arising from Smart Contract vulnerabilities, exploits, or hacks;

(f) Losses arising from unauthorized access to or use of your account or API Keys;
(g) Losses arising from the loss or compromise of private keys;
REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), AND EVEN IF THE LIQUIDMESH PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE LIQUIDMESH PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO LIQUIDMESH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the liability of the LiquidMesh Parties shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Your account will be automatically suspended (account_suspended) if any wallet address associated with your account is identified on a security blacklist, whether at the time of addition or upon subsequent periodic scanning. Upon automatic suspension, all API Keys associated with your account will be immediately disabled.
You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing access. To request account deletion, please contact support@liquidmesh.io.
LiquidMesh may terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination of your account:
(a) All licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately terminate;
(b) All API Keys associated with your account shall be immediately and permanently invalidated;
(c) You must cease all use of the Services;

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. Failure to file within this period shall result in the permanent barring of such claim.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable commercial agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and LiquidMesh with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or communications.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
The failure of LiquidMesh to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by LiquidMesh to be effective.
LiquidMesh may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without your prior consent. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of LiquidMesh.
